1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, registering a WhatsApp number, or otherwise accessing or using the deJurni.com messaging service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

The Service provides messaging tools that connect to messaging platforms (each a "Messaging Platform"), including — without limitation — WhatsApp and, as they become supported by the Service, Telegram, Signal, Discord, email, and other popular messaging platforms. The Service is operated by deJurni.com ("we", "us", "our"). The Service depends on third-party platforms, internet connectivity, hardware, and other infrastructure that we do not control.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service ethically and responsibly, and not to spam — including unsolicited or bulk messaging — or otherwise misuse the Service.

• You must comply with the terms and policies of the relevant Messaging Platform (including WhatsApp's Terms of Service) and with all applicable laws.
• You must only message people who have consented to receive your messages, and you must not use the Service for spam, fraud, harassment, scams, or unlawful activity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

4. Availability, Connection & Data Loss

We are not liable for any data loss, message loss, delay, non-delivery, corruption, or for any ban, block, suspension, or restriction of your number, session, or account imposed by any Messaging Platform. You acknowledge that:

• Messaging-platform bans: WhatsApp or any other Messaging Platform (including, as they become supported, Telegram, Signal, Discord, email providers, or other platforms) may ban, block, suspend, or restrict your number, session, or account at any time and at its sole discretion. We are not responsible for any such ban, block, suspension, or restriction, or for any resulting loss of access, data, messages, contacts, or business.
• The Service depends on the Messaging Platform, internet service providers, servers, and other third-party systems we do not own or control.
• Connections may drop, sessions may disconnect, and messages or media may fail to send, arrive late, or not arrive at all.
• The Service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee of availability, uptime, delivery, or data retention.
• Backups are maintained at our discretion and are not guaranteed. You should keep your own copies of important data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss of data, lost profits, lost messages, or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

5. Analytics, Recommendations & Advertising

You control how deJurni processes your communications. deJurni can access messages made available through the accounts and permissions you have connected to the Service, and may use them for:

• internal analytics and statistics;
• improving the Service and developing new features;
• providing personalized or automated recommendations; and
• advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, including delivering or targeting ads; and
• processing, analyzing, and generating insights with the help of third-party AI engines — including (without limitation) ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, and similar services.

This analysis may be performed by us or by third parties working on our behalf (see Section 6).

6. Third-Party Partners

We have the right to work with third parties — including analytics providers, technology partners, processors, advertising partners, and AI engine providers (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Kimi, and similar) — to improve the Service, to join or contribute to analytics programs, to process or analyze data with AI, or to provide services on our behalf. We may share data with such parties as described in the Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of third parties.

7. License to Your Data

To operate the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, transmit, and analyze the data you provide or that passes through the Service (including messages and media), solely for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy. This license does not transfer ownership of your data to us.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; send unsolicited bulk messages (spam); infringe any person's rights; attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service; resell or sublicense access without our written consent; or use the Service in a way that violates a Messaging Platform's terms or applicable law.

9. No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither we nor our officers, employees, agents, or partners shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, messages, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you actually paid us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless deJurni.com and its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of a Messaging Platform's terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice — including if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but Sections 4–14 survive and remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Indonesia.
